Booking Terms and Conditions

Payments shall be US $ or equivalent thereof in any currency as expressly agreed between the company and the client. A deposit of 50% of the cost of the tour is due 90 days before the tour date. The final balance is due 30 days before the tour date. If payments are not received within this time frame the company reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled. If the booking is made 40 days prior to the date of this tour 100% payment is due at the time of booking. A copy of the transfer slip should be emailed for the confirmation. On completion of the each tour the company shall render an invoice in respect of the disbursements and extras, which the client is obliged to settle

Cancellation by Client, Any cancellation by a client should be made in writing ,between  31 – 40 days 90% refund, 30-15 days 50% refund ,14-0 days NO REFUND. The client is strongly advised to take a cancellation insurance at the time of making the booking

Cancellation of tour by the company: when the company cancels a tour for any reason other than due to the client’s default in payment, the company shall offer the client the choice of purchasing an alternative tour (where the client will be entitled to set off any payments made to the company and/or will be responsible for any additional cost of the alternative tour) or receiving a refund of all monies paid to the company. Note that the company will only refund money paid to it.  The company will not be liable for any other losses caused by a tour cancellation such as expiration of non refundable or restricted air tickets and other payments to third parties. The company may be forced to cancel tours, both before and after the tour has commenced when circumstances amounting to “Force Majeure” arise. In such situations, the company shall not make any refunds and will not be responsible for any cost, expenses or loss of profit incurred by the client as result of the “force majeure”. Right to modify the itinerary or tour, in relation to any request by the client to alter or cancel a tour after the itinerary has been accepted whilst the company will use its reasonable endeavors to implement such changes, the client will be liable for any cancellation or additional charges that may be levied by any third parties such as hotel operators, in respect of the tour originally booked and any expenses incurred by the company in altering the itinerary. Such amounts payable shall form part of the charges. The outline itinerary as given for the tour is taken as an indication only of what may be accomplished in the tour ad not as a contractual obligation on part of the company. It is understood that the route schedules itineraries amenities and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to ground circumstances or events which may include sickness or mechanical breakdown, flight cancellations,strikes,or events resulting from political upheavals, entry or border difficulties, climate changes or other unforeseen circumstances. There is no guarantee that flight schedule will be exact, and company does not accept liability for delays
